Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for GIFs bought on AI GIF Maker (https://aigifmaker.ai). It is part of our Terms of Service and is shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake, our merchant of record.

Failed generations

If a generation fails, that GIF goes back to your balance automatically — you are never charged for a GIF you did not receive, and you do not need to ask.

14-day window for one-time purchases

Within 14 days of buying a single GIF or a one-time pack, you can ask for a refund of the GIFs from that purchase that you have not made yet. We refund that unused portion and remove those GIFs from your balance; if you have not made any of them, you get the full amount back.

7-day window for a first monthly plan

If this is your first paid monthly plan on AI GIF Maker, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of the first charge, as long as you have used less than 10% of the GIFs that month gave you. We refund the charge, cancel the plan and remove the GIFs it added.

Cancelling a monthly plan

You can cancel a monthly plan anytime at Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription, without contacting us. Cancelling stops all future charges, and the plan stays usable until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling on its own does not refund a charge already made; for that, use the windows above or the cases below.

When we also refund

Outside those windows, we refund or correct a duplicate charge or other clear payment error, a charge you did not authorize, and a problem on our side that stopped you from making the GIFs you paid for.

What is not refundable

GIFs that were already generated and delivered, renewal charges for later months outside the cases above, and a change of mind about a GIF after it was made.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@aigifmaker.ai from the address you used to buy, with your order details. We reply within 3 business days.

How the money comes back

An approved refund goes back to your original payment method through Waffo Pancake, the provider shown on your receipt. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
